    Please let us know if you are not happy with your piece! We gladly accept items for return or exchange for any item purchased from us within 30 days, providing it is in like condition as the purchase date. Any jewelry that has been altered is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes rings that have been sized. The original receipt must accompany all in-store returns. Purchases by credit card will be returned on the same card. Purchases by cash will be refunded by check only. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns or exchanges. Refunds are not allowed on special order items, custom-made items or sale items. You will have five (5) days from the receipt date of your fully-insured return label to return the item for any reason. Return labels are sent to the email used during checkout. If we are not contacted within 30 days of the delivery, no refund will be issued. 

    You must contact our team immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the piece. 

    Order cancellations are not able to be made once an order has been placed. We cannot issue refunds because part of the listing/description was overlooked. Please take the time to view all photos and read the full item description before purchasing.
