In 1989, our dad, Webster, started Accent Jewelers with a simple goal: to treat people fairly and pay them more for their gold and valuables than anyone else in town. Back then, we were just like everyone else - buying pieces, melting them down, and moving on.
But every now and then, something extraordinary would cross the counter. A ring worn thin from decades of love. A brooch with details so intricate you could practically feel the hands that made it. Melting those pieces felt wrong, like tearing out the last page of a story before you know how it ends.
When Webster retired in 2023, we took the reins determined to carry his legacy forward - but also to evolve it. We decided to become more than a gold buyer. We became storytellers, caretakers, and treasure hunters. Our purpose shifted from reclaiming metal to reviving memories.
