When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

• Shipping is always free within the continental United States.
• Orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking information.
• Orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging and are adequately insured 
• To track an order, please login to your account at thejewelboxataccent.com or check your shipping confirmation email. 
• Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. 
• If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside of the continental United States, additional shipping costs may apply. Also, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
• You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with accurate or incomplete information.

• Please let us know if you are not happy with your piece! We gladly accept items for return or exchange for any item purchased from us within 30 days, providing it is in like condition as the purchase date. Any jewelry that has been altered is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes rings that have been sized. The original receipt must accompany all in-store returns. Purchases by credit card will be returned on the same card. Purchases by cash will be refunded by check only. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns or exchanges. Refunds are not allowed on special order items, custom-made items or sale items. You will have five (5) days from the receipt date of your fully-insured return label to return the item for any reason. Return labels are sent to the email used during checkout. If we are not contacted within 30 days of the delivery, no refund will be issued. 
• You must contact our team immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the piece. 
• Order cancellations are not able to be made once an order has been placed. We cannot issue refunds because part of the listing/description was overlooked. Please take the time to view all photos and read the full item description before purchasing. The Jewel Box hand selects curated collections of genuine estate and vintage jewelry. Unless otherwise noted, our items are preloved, beautifully aged, repurposed and waiting for the right person to give them a chance at a new life. Please expect age-consistent signs of wear and unique character. We describe and photograph all imperfections to the best of our ability.

It’s a sustainable alternative to indulging in beautiful jewelry. When you buy estate or preloved jewelry, it reduces the demand for new mining of precious stones and metals and avoids the wasteful cycle of fast fashion. By purchasing preowned jewelry, you're giving beautiful pieces a second life, reducing waste and making a positive environmental impact.

We recommend removing jewelry prior to hand washing, vigorous activity and prior to sleeping. Please note that some gemstones such as opals and pearls are particularly fragile and require extra care and precaution. After we ship the piece out, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper care, maintenance and possible repairs. We advise that jewelry worn frequently be inspected by a trusted jeweler every six (6) months. This is a good preventative measure to confirm all prongs are intact and gemstones are secure.

We’re committed to ensuring your jewelry fits perfectly and retains its original beauty. When possible, we offer complimentary ring sizing for rings $500 or more. If your ring is below $500, we offer resizing for a fee of $50. Once a ring is resized, it is no longer available for returns.

It is always best to get your ring size from a professional jeweler. Most reputable jewelry stores should offer this service for free. You can find at home hacks to help you find your size, but we always suggest getting your ring size professionally measured.

The gold purity of each item is professionally tested by our team. Our gemologists use the highest-level of professional equipment available to test the gold. We stand behind our 30+ years of experience and GIA education as industry professionals and guarantee our pieces are as they are stated in their listing.

• Condition: Our pieces are estate and vintage which means they had previous owners and were worn and loved. Estate and vintage jewelry is often not perfect and will show signs of wear. This can include imperfections such as light scratches, small nicks or scuffs that may be on the metal or the stones. This is what makes each piece special and unique! We do our best to photograph and describe each item and point out any flaws that we feel are noteworthy. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully and feel free to ask any questions prior to making your purchase.
• Measurements: All measurements listed are approximate including gemstone measurements. Gemstone weights are measured with stones in mounts, using size gauges and millimeter measurements, unless otherwise noted. For gemstone weights to be 100% accurate, the gemstone must be removed from the setting and weighed on a scale.  
• Gold Purity: The gold purity of each item is professionally tested by our team. Our gemologists use the highest-level of professional equipment available to test the gold. We stand behind our 30+ years of experience and GIA education as industry professionals and guarantee our pieces are as they are stated in their listing.
